Life can be hard. I’m here to give you support.
I want to help you navigate relationships, make tough decisions and find resolution. As a therapist with over 20 years of experience I’ve worked with individuals, couples and families. My specialty has been helping people who are having difficulties having children. Each person faces the challenges of fertility treatment differently, but for many people it is very stressful and emotionally hard. I want to help you make decisions about your care, coping, stress, dealing with family and friends, or just to talk. I don’t want you to go through it alone.
I also have extensive experience working with those undergoing personal transitions, family and marital issues, coping with medical challenges, loss and grief. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you manage your emotions and develop healthy coping and problem solving strategies.
By collaborating with you I hope to help guide you in reaching understanding and positive change. I want to help you explore your story and open up possibilities for growth. My therapeutic style is interactive and I engage with my clients. Together we will examine the situation that you are facing whether of short-term duration or an ongoing issue.
